leisure or hobbies, work, education, voluntary activities. The daily activities (Occupations) are therapeutically used to deal with underlying challenges that prevent a person from not engaging in
their daily lives.

Mindfulness Coaching

The structured mindfulness programs are offered with the intention of integrating mindfulness meditation practice into our daily lives to benefit health. This is facilitated by creating space and
guiding various formal and informal practices to suit the participant’s life needs.

What does it involve?

CBT will be offered in weekly or fortnightly sessions based on client’s needs. Client is expected to work collaboratively with therapist in which he/she engages in assessment, making sense of their challenges, setting goals, and progressing therapy by active engagement.

What do I learn?

CBT will enable the person to:
Identify their challenges (e.g., Depression).

Become familiar with their signature unhelpful thoughts/emotions/behaviors/physical sensations.

Integrate CBT learning in daily life to alleviate mental health challenges.

Research in CBT reports positive outcomes for wide range problems such as:


Anxiety disorders (panic disorder, agoraphobia, social phobia, specific phobia, and generalized anxiety disorder), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Depression, Chronic pain, and medical conditions (e.g., headaches, insomnia)

You will discuss daily routines/functions with your therapist to identify challenges/goals related to your selfcare, leisure, work, training. The underlying skills such physical ability, thinking, cognitive, information processing, communication and interaction, self-esteem, self-confidence etc. required for performing daily functions will be enhanced.

Mindfulness coaching

What is Mindfulness?

The structured mindfulness programs are offered with the intention of integrating mindfulness
meditation practice into our daily lives to benefit health. This is facilitated by creating space and
guiding various formal and informal practices to suit the participant’s life needs.

What does it involve?

This is an eight-week program that requires you to participate in 1.5 hrs./weekly session. Each week you will learn and experiment various mindfulness practices followed by discussion.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)?

This is a mindfulness meditation program to train attention to help cultivate self-awareness. Thus, staying in touch with the thoughts, sensations and emotions that are present in relation to stressful situations can help manage them better.

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy is a psychological program for people at risk for depressive relapse who wish to learn how to stay well in the long-term. Also, this program can adapt to suit other mental health challenges such anxiety.

Individual Mindfulness Mentoring

This service will offer space to explore the practice of mindfulness on one-to-one basis to suits individual needs. Also, it will offer In-depth mindfulness reflective practice for those who are in regular practice and those who have completed group programs.
